meet the artist

Hiiiiiiiii! My name is Liz, and I’m an artist from southeast Michigan. I just got my Bachelor
of Fine Arts with a concentration in graphic design from Eastern Michigan University. Aside from being a digital artist and designer, I love pretty much all forms of art. I enjoy things like painting with watercolors and acrylics, making perler bead earrings, embroidery, digital illustration, working with resin, and printmaking. At the end of the
day, I really just want to be able to spread my art and therefore spread happiness and positivity, thus artish was born.

With creative business ventures in the past, I’ve often found myself overwhelmed with the pressure to continually create. This time, I’m doing things a bit different. When inspiration comes, art will happen. Shop updates may
be inconsistent, but let’s be real. Life is inconsistent. Mental health is inconsistent. Creative inspiration is inconsistent. Sometimes you just need to take a step back
and roll with the punches, and that’s exactly what I’m going to do.
